ABOUT US

Our Engineering Company was founded in 2018 as the evolution of Studio Associato Marconi 69, active since 2011. Our office is located in the one of the iconic towers designed by Enzo Zacchiroli, a building which is a symbol of the Bolognese landscape, within walking distance from the city centre. We're professional engineers with a proved experience; over the years we have developed close relationships with other companies, in particular with design studios and building companies, in order to provide an integrated technical and professional service, tailored to the needs of our clients.

Design and supervision of architectural and urban works, architectural and topographical relief, interior design and furnishing.

PREFABRICATION
Consulting for design and construction of prefabricated houses in wood, metal and concrete system; customer service in all phases of development and implementation of the project.

STRUCTURES AND REINFORCEMENT
Design and supervision of structural works, testing, instrumental analysis in the structural field, seismic improvement and structural consolidation of buildings.

ENERGY RETROFIT AND BUILDING RESTORING
Feasibility studies for new construction and energy retrofit and requalification, technical consultancy on construction technologies for seismic safety.

CONSTRUCTION SITES AND HSE
Coordination of safety during the design and execution of works on site, HSE, assistance for geotechnical surveys and executive design of scaffolding and provisional works in general.

PLANT ENGINEERING AND TECHNICAL CONSULTANCY
Plant and thermo-technical design, energy audits and certification, expert opinions and technical consultancy.
